Top floor: open lounge. Shower/bidet/WC. Oil heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Patio roofed. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Old, large villa "Lake Maggiore Villa 1013", from the 19th century. 2 km from the centre of Porto Valtravaglia, in a quiet, elevated position, area with little traffic, 2.2 km from the lake. Private: garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, 15.05.-15.09.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, patio, barbecue. In the house: lift. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, public parking 50 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 2 km, pebble beach 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Luino 8 km, Laveno 10 km. Please note: car recommended, lift to 3rd floor. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
