5 Star Villa Holidays guarantees you will not find the same villa anywhere else on-line for a lower price

Why?Unlike other companies 5 Star Villa Holidays does not add on service charges or booking fees and does not inflate it’s prices.

Book on-line with 5 Star Villa Holidays and you can have peace of mind that you are booking your 5 Star Villa for the best price.

Claims Terms and conditions. You must contact 5 Star Villa Holidays within 24 hours of making your reservation on action@5starvillaholidays.com. The property must be advertised on-line and you must send us the link to this property. The villa, dates and services provided must be exact.

Where Special offers and promotional rates are advertised after you make your booking, you may be excluded from the 5 Star Villa Holidays Guaranteed Best Price. However our reservations specialist will make every effort to apply the best price for you.

1. Reservation Deposit.

A reservation deposit is required to substantiate the booking request as a formal booking reservation. 5 Star Villa Holidays cannot formally reserve a villa/apartment until the reservation deposit has been received. The reservation deposit is non-refundable should the reservation be canceled at a later date or the remaining balance not be paid 8 weeks before you stay in a Villa or apartment (for bookings within 8 weeks of your stay the full balance is due on booking).

2. Balance payment

The full balance is to be paid 8 weeks before you travel. If the date of the booking is within 8 weeks of your stay the full balance is due on completion of the booking form.

3. Cancellation Policy.

3.1 Guest Cancellation.

Cancellation of the booking reservation should be advised to 5 Star Villa Holidays immediately by telephone or by email.

Cancellations are subject to a charge as detailed.

If the cancellation occurs outside of the 8 weeks before your stay, only the deposit will be lost. If the cancellation occurs within the 8 weeks before your stay i.e after paying the full balance, the whole amount will be lost. Cancellations for reasons beyond the Guests control will be covered by the Guests travel insurance. Any recovery of Guests losses should be taken up with the Guests travel insurance company.

3.2 5 Star Villa Holidays Cancellation

In the event of having to cancel the villa booking with you. 5 Star Villa Holidays will endeavour to relocate you to the same or higher standard of villa. If 5 Star Villa Holidays is unable to relocate you to a suitable villa, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the villa rental. Please note the cost of flights will not be covered. You are advised to take out adequate travel insurance.

4.Travel Insurance.

Travel Insurance is vital. 5 Star Villa Holidays strongly advises all parties to ensure the appropriate cover is in place.

5. The Guest party is to adhere to the following.

Take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of occupancy.

Ensure all Keys are returned.

Report any damage or loss immediately to our Management Company. Details can be found in the property.

Make good any minor breakages.

Permit the Owners agent reasonable access to the property to carry out any maintenance deemed necessary.

Stains to carpets, bedding, towel and furniture must be cleaned and removed.

5 Star Villa Holidays RESERVE’S THE RIGHT TO PURSUE GUESTS FOR ANY DAMAGES CA– USED TO THE PROPERTY THROUGH MIS– USE.

6. Pool safety

CHILDREN SHOULD BE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES IN THE POOL AND JACUZZI AREA.

A list of Pool Rules is provided for your safety in the property. Infinity pools- It is advised not to rent villas with infinity pools if you have young children, as they all have drop off edges.

7. Limitation of Liability.

5 Star Villa Holidays does not accept any liability or responsibility for lost property, injuries or theft arising from your occupancy in the villa. The Guest is responsible for taking out adequate insurance to cover all risks. This waiver also applies to any person visiting the property as guests of the Guest or any property left in the holiday home following departure. The Owner does not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused, or for any claim made by a third party as a result of actions by the Guest(s) and other persons occupying the property during or after the period of the let.

Change of villa-Please note if 5 Star Villa Holidays are unable to accommodate you in the villa you booked due to unforeseen circumstances, they will endeavour to accommodate you into a villa of equal or greater value.

8. Cleaning.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and cleaned again after you have departed. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, we will arrange it for you but there will be an extra charge (please refer to our Additional Services section). The Guest party to undertake on departing the property to leave it in a clean and orderly state. Please refer to 5 Star Villa Holidays management agent to report any problems that you may please is there on our behalf to make sure that you enjoy our villa, and all its amenities.

9. Equipment failure.

5 Star Villa Holidays does not accept any responsibility or liability for any equipment failure and / or services in the home regardless of how it may have occurred. However in the event of a problem, the group leader should inform a management agent who will endeavour to do everything possible to rectify the problem.
