The double height ceiling in the entrance way allows natural light to brighten the entire house. The hallway leads into the open plan living area which includes a formal dining area, spacious family seating area with comfortable sectional seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV all overlooking the outdoor living area. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances andbreakfast counter for casual dining. Off the hallway is a guest powder room, fully equipped laundry room and the first bedroom, a king-size master suite with it's bathroom having granite vanities and a walk in shower.The games room will satisfy the children and families alike providing hours of fun with a pool table and table tennis.
Upstairs there is a superb loft area having a large TV with games console to provide hours of entertainment .There are four further bedrooms, one to the front of the home is a king-size suite having a bathroom with walk in shower and private balcony overlooking the front of the home.Along the landing a one further bedrooms one having two twin beds and the other a queen bed, both with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. To the rear is the secondking-size master suite with a beautiful bathroom incorporating a corner tub, walk in shower, and twin vanities. This bedroom has the advantage of a private rear balcony overlooking the pool deck below and the adjoining golf course withpicturesque views making this the prefect spot for unwinding at the end of the day with a cocktail.

Christian January 2022This places is exactly as pictured but BETTER. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spacious enough for 2 families to spread out and have their own rooms. Our son and his friend really enjoyed the game room (pool table) set up upstairs. The only thing I wish could have been better was the hot tub/jacuzzi actually having hot water. We paid to have the water heated and during the day it was warm, however at night it was cold. Other than that like I said we really enjoyed our stay.

This 5 bedroom, 5 bath villa was just what the doctor ordered! It’s located central to so many golf courses it’s ridiculous. The villa is perfect for that. Golfing vacation with buddies. Separate rooms and baths means privacy when you want it while the common areas are bid enough to not feel crowded when all together. The pool was great to cool off in after a round of golf. Only issues - the villa is ill -equipped. Virtually no clothes hangars prompted us to buy more. The kitchen was bare-bones as well. We had a couple of issues during our stay - a lock needed to be replaced , the kitchen faucet needed repair, and due to the installation of a new meter, the tv and security system needed attention and re-setting, requiring multiple calls to have fixed while a house alarm went off until it was fixed several hours later. Despite these issues, an excellent value and would come back in the future
