Linens were clean and there were plenty of pots and pans provided to make meals at the house. The kids loved the pool. Tennis rackets were available for us to take advantage of playing on the courts located very close to the home. About a half hour drive from Disney and Universal- very easy to get to and from. We would all recommend staying here and hope to be back.

This vacation home generously met our needs for our Orlando vacation. The neighborhood is new and nice and very close to I-4 with easy access to Disney World (about 6 miles away) and Universal (about 16 miles away). The house was spacious and had lots of room for everyone to be close together or, for salty teens, plenty of space to be alone. The house is new and pretty. There are 7 bedrooms on 2 levels: 2 could easily accommodate 5 kids, and then the other 5 rooms have queen or king beds. The kitchen area was spacious. There were a few distractions which kept us from giving 5 stars. Towels, linens, and furniture (beds in particular) appeared over used or of cheaper quality. The kitchen had bare essentials for cooking. And there were some minor issues with toilet fixtures. There was no garage door opener, so we parked outside. There is very limited on street parking in the neighborhood. All together it was great.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Although we did not really cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The setup of the house was perfect for our family. We were all able to sleep on the same level of the house, which was very convenient. We spent some time poolside. The kids loved swimming and we loved the comfortable patio furniture. The surrounding community is beautiful and not as hectic as other areas we have stayed in the past, yet still within a reasonable driving distance to the Disney parks. Communication with the owner was very prompt and professional. We would definitely return to this property.
