"Tirol Villa 1004", 2-room apartment 27 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 sofabed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Apartment block "Alpenapart Saphir", built in 2009. In the district of Windau 900 m from the centre of Sölden, 84 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 150 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m.

We have stayed in this apartment already 2 times. The apartments are very comfortable, clean, warm. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary. There are conditions for storing and drying ski and snowboard equipment. The ski bus stop is very close. You can walk 10 minutes to shops and the center of Sölden. If you are traveling with a large family, you can rent several apartments in the same house, which is very convenient. If you are driving a car, you must have chains for the wheels. This apartment has excellent value for money. Many thanks to the owner for her hospitality! We recommend these apartments!

Lovely apartment. A little bit far from the ski lifts but free bus service only 50m from the house. Very clean, nice size rooms.
