Cyprus – Beaches

5 Star Villa Holidays took the liberty of visiting and researching the best beaches in Cyprus. The majority of our villas in Cyprus are located a short distance from beautiful white sandy beaches and serene secluded beaches. Your beach experience will vary from coast to coast, with unique colour sands and water, marine life and things to do. Cyprus has over 40 Blue Flag beaches.

1. The famous Coral Bay Beach, Paphos - The perfect choice for a family and friends' beach day. Many of our 5 Star Cyprus villas are located close to this beautiful beach. The children will love playing in the shallow and often wavy waters, adults can enjoy some respite, while those with a penchant for water sports can spend hours out at sea! 500m stretch of golden sand and turquoise waters, this really is must see while staying in your villa in Cyprus.

2. White Rocks, Governor's Beach, Limassol - If your perfect beach day is working on your tan on a quiet secluded beach then the coves of the rocky stretch that makes up Governor's Beach should be top of your list. Plan a day out and explore Cyprus as you make your way from your Cyprus villa to this beach haven in Limassol. It's located between 1 and 2 hours from many of the popular tourist resorts, thus many 5 star villas.

3. Paramali Beach, Limassol - If you are the beach goer that prefers the adrenaline buzz while enjoying the sun, this beach is a must. Paramali's golden sand beach stretches for 2km and is hailed as being one of the best kitesurfing beaches on the island. If you and your family prefer to stay close to the shore, you will love watching the kite surfers take into the air while out at sea!

4. Mackenzie Beach, Larnaca - Mackenzie Beach is the order of the day if you and your friends want to simply sunbathe, sip your favourite cocktails and listen to music. As the rhythms of just about every type of music imaginable resonate throughout the area, your only decisions is to choose your beach bar and what cocktail to have! 5 Star Villa Holidays has a number of Cyprus villas in Larnaca.

5. Serena Bay, Protaras - First timers in Protaras will be forgiven for not knowing this place exists. You've been warned! Our Story

In 2005, John Paul Donnelly, began his luxury villa journey. He spent three years building resorts and holiday apartments in Alanya, Turkey, along with his brother, Joe. The concept was to create the most luxurious villas on the Turkish coastline and provide clients, along with their family and friends, the opportunity to enjoy exclusive holidays together.

By 2008, after the successful development of 3 resorts, JP had well and truly fallen into the world of villa rentals. With a portfolio of 6 villas and a desire to explore new places, he decided it was time to take the villa rental business outside of Turkey. He wanted to give his clients access to beautiful holiday rentals in destinations across the globe.

The expanding villa rental company was rebranded in 2011 to 5 Star Villa Holidays, and today 5 Star Villa Holidays offers over 10,000 luxury villas around the world.

JP and his partner, Helena are currently travelling the globe, devoted to hand selecting the best villas and property management companies, and giving them their stamp of approval! 5 Star Villa Holidays' ambition goes beyond being an ordinary holiday rental company.
