Erica December 2023Our stay went really well. The house was clean and the instructions to find it were clear (but we arrived in the night and in the snow so it was a bit difficult despite those). The Place is really close to the ski lift. Solido replied to all our messages very quickly and friendly. One small problem was that all restaurants were closed and when we arrived we didn't have anything with us for a dinner.. it would have been good to know this in advance!

Unfortunately the stay was disrupted by noise from neighbours downstairs (first night drinking, second night dogs barking/howling), which is not at all the fault of the host, but nevertheless seriously impacted our enjoyment of the place. Sound insulation is not great unfortunately.
We greatly appreciated the solution offered by the host when it became apparent the noise was not able to be prevented.
Cleaning costs were relatively high, given only a two night stay. Would probably be less noticeable if we had stayed longer, as proportionally it would not seem so high.
