82 m2. More information by the provider: In 2015 new built and modern 3.5 room attic apartment (82sqm) with balcony on the 2nd floor (without lift). Central location in the middle of the village. 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the cable car station Rinderberg. There are numerous stores within a radius of 100m (grocery, clothes, shoes etc.). Nice panoramic view to the Rinderberg, the Chumigalm and with overlooking the rooftops of Zweisimmen. 1 uncovered parking space available. Perfect point of departure for all leisure activities (summer and winter). By the way: If you are not in the mood to cook on your own - the restaurant "Brasserie zur Simme, chez Marco", run by the owners of the apartment, is in the same house (day off on Wednesday and Thursday). The apartment is not suitable for small children and persons with walking disability due to the access by the staircase. Bright living-/dining room with open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with double bed (180x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. A lockable storage room for bicycles and skis is located on the ground floor. WiFi. Baby cot and high chair upon request available. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
