Renovated in 2017, very comfortable and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio and DVD. Shower/WC. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Marvellous distant view of the mountains. Facilities: telephone, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Venetian blinds. Room with oak wood for a restful sleep.

Oberperfuss 15 km from Innsbruck: Beautiful, comfortable 2-family house "Tirol Villa 1176". 2 km from the centre of Oberperfuss, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Bread roll service possible on request. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
