It is beautifully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of workspace, a breakfast bar that seats 2, and an open view of the living and dining areas, both of which have views of the bay. The living room is the perfect place to relax in after a long day at the beach, and if you want to relax outside, there’s a covered patio. The master bedroom has a king-size bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have their own TV. The unit also comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit is on the 7th floor of the building; however, there is an elevator in the building. The building itself and unit are nestled at the end of Bay Beach lane surrounded by Estero Bay and only a short walk to the beach! The size of the unit is roughly 1,200 sq ft.
