On the outskirts, 400 m from the centre of Kaprun, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 7 km from the lake. For shared use: indoor pool. Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: restaurant, internet access, sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking, communal covered parking. Shop, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 6 km, bakery, café 400 m, bus stop 50 m, thermal baths 2.3 km, bathing lake 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, ski lift 3 km, chair lift, skisport facilities 500 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 2 km. Nearby attractions: Stadt Salzburg 95 km. Guest experiences

A spacious, clean and warm house, accomodated 10 of us (3 families with kids) with no problem. Location is good, the bus stop is across the street and town centre is within walking distance (you go uphill on your way back to the house). A couple of issues: some of the beds have squeaky frames and the mattresses are not the most comfortable, which can affect the good night sleep, so the beds need some attention. Also the fridge is too small for 10 people. We enjoyed our stay there, thank you.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
