"Sardinia Villa 1000", 3-room house 70 m2. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with dining table and TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace partly roofed, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the sea and Tavolara. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Direct access to the water from the garden. Pool distance approx. 100 m.Beautiful, cosy resort "S'Abba e Sa Pedra", 2 storeys. 80 apartments in the residence. 2.5 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, 18 km from the centre of Olbia, in a sunny position on a slope, 300 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), meadow, swimming pool (200 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May.-31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: reception. Supermarket 2.5 km, ferry "Olbia" 18 km, sandy beach 500 m, rocky beach 300 m (small).

Peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful setting

The apartment was spacious and great for our family. The location amazing, with stunning views from the property and lots of lovely beaches nearby (car needed). The apartment would benefit from a visitor information booklet to give details of nearest supermarket, medical facilities, restaurants, beaches etc. Also, it isn’t obvious or clear when booking about additional charges so make sure you fully check charges section and enquire about any service charges. This should be updated on the site in my view. However, a great stay and would definitely recommend

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
