This villa is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted, as the owners are highly allergic to animal dander.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
A refundable $500 security deposit will be placed as a credit card hold at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and standard inspection.
Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable $50 damage waiver instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be 21 years or older and staying for the full duration of the reservation.
