Our single-story home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is brand new to the rental program:
- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom with an attached bathroom, a 65" Smart TV, and access to the lanai for a peaceful outdoor experience.
- Bedroom 2: Second King Bedroom for additional comfort.
- Bedroom 3: Third King Bedroom, featuring a 48" Smart TV and direct access to the lanai.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in a well-appointed kitchen, and gather around the dining room for family meals with seating for six, plus an additional breakfast table for four.
- Dog-Friendly Option: Bring your furry friends along for the fun! Our home allows dogs for an additional nonrefundable fee of $250 plus tax, with a two-dog limit. Please disclose any dogs prior to your arrival.
- BBQ Facilities: Enjoy outdoor grilling with the complimentary BBQ available at the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ upon departure to avoid a $56 cleaning fee.

The home is perfect for several people to enjoy fishing, pool time or just relaxing on the lanai. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Easy check-in and checkout instructions by the rental property. All questions messaged to the rental mangers were quickly answered, very helpful and kind. I would definitely rent this home again!
