Guest experiences
Mary May 2025This was such a cool house! Plenty of space for our family to spread out but also had nice areas to gather. The neighborhood was beautiful and the house was very close to restaurants, activities, and UNC campus. We loved our stay!
Deb May 2025This property is in a lovely neighborhood in Chapel Hill. It is however fairly secluded and not as close to the downtown area as a visitor would usually want. A car is required to get around.
The house is similar to the photos, but is quite old and has an unusual layout because of progressive renovations over time. The dining area is not in or directly next to the kitchen and is uninviting as set-up. The living area is separate but lovely. Just prior to check in we were made aware of the house rules of no shoes and no eating in the living room. We abided by all rules, but they were an imposition. There is no seating near the door where people can take off and put on shoes.
Finally, this rental was extremely expensive per night with the hosts not entertaining the option of less than a 5 night stay. We paid for 5 and stayed for 4. I would expect a 1 night refund given sewerage problems we experienced. This was not offered.
Judy March 2025Great property! Very well thought out setting, clean and beautifully decorated
