Newly furnished apartment with a nice, open kitchen with a steamer, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso capsule machine, dishwasher, stove and convection oven and dining area; living room with a couch, fireplace, flat-screen TV, radio and telephone; three double bedrooms; bathroom with shower/WC and bathtub, hairdryer; internet access; furnished terrace with grill; washing machine/dryer; ski room, heater for ski boots; parking spot in the underground garage, elevator. 150 m2. Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
