     Located in the Florida House 3990, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 6 people. Let’s see what this house has to offer. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has views of the pool area, a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for younger members of the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, bowls, small kitchen appliances, and more. It has modern appliances, views of the pool area, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with two stools. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. It has a rectangular table and six chairs.
     It also has glass patio doors that let in plenty of natural light as well as let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The living room is a good size and has a confortable sectional sofas, a large flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings. This is the perfect place to come back to after a long day out at the parks. Here, you can just sit back, relax, and watch a good movie on the large TV. Let’s head outside to the pool area. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out. It also has a lagoon-shaped pool, views of the golf course, and a patio table, four chairs, and an umbrella for those who want to sit in the shade with their favorite ice-cold beverage and watch people play golf. This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
