4-room apartment 110 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open dining room. 1 double bedroom with shower. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Small kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Bathroom, shower, 2 sep. WC's. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. The living room and the dining room are connected through some small stairs.

Beautiful, luxurious single-family house "Tirol Villa 1064". In the district of Habichen, 1.5 km from the centre of Ötz, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 1 km, mountain railway 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 'Area 47' in 11 km, Alpine Coaster Imst 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochötz 1.5 km, Sölden 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Piburger See 5 km.

The accommodation was very well presented, lots of space (except for the tiny kitchen area) and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with, plenty of space for the car and easy to find. The location for skiing the valley is excellent with the local area very close - a 2 minute drive away. The broadband provided did not work which is the only slight negative of our stay. We only had 3 staying so the tiny kitchen was not a problem, it might be with a larger party.

The accommodation was very well presented, lots of space (except for the tiny kitchen area) and very comfortable. The owners were friendly and easy to deal with, plenty of space for the car and easy to find. The location for skiing the valley is excellent with the local area very close - a 2 minute drive away. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
