Only one bedroom made up upon arrival 2. Lack of toilet rolls on arrival 3. Light bulbs missing in one bathroom. 4. Gate key did not work and had to go back to the office to get a working one. 5. Lots of chipped china There appeared to be a lack of preparation and minor repairs and replacements that were needed to make it 5*
