     West Palm Beach Villa 1875 is a completed renovated, upscale 3 bedroom/3 bathroom mid-century modern Villa east of Olive Ave. in the Southend of West Palm Beach, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the area.

Stetson with soaring ceilings  period details, the Villa features a spacious living room featuring a fireplace  vaulted beamed ceilings, a bright formal dining room with pool and garden vistas,  built-in bar, large chefs kitchen with gas range, granite counters, new appliances and a breakfast area with French doors to pool.
