Guests have full private access to the apartment and terrace during their stay.

This means you can enjoy the space at your own pace and have a comfortable base to return to throughout your Istanbul adventure.

Important: Fifth Floor

The apartment is located on the 5th floor.

Please consider this before booking, particularly if you have mobility difficulties or are travelling with heavy luggage.

Other Things to Note

To ensure every guest enjoys the apartment and the building remains comfortable for everyone:

• Please treat the apartment as your home during your stay and leave it in a respectful condition for the next guests.
• Please observe the agreed check-out time, as another guest may be arriving afterwards.
• Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
• Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted, including dinner or dining events involving additional guests.
• In accordance with local regulations, excessive noise is prohibited after 10:00 pm in the apartment, terrace and building.
• Please lock the apartment securely whenever you leave.
• Smoking is permitted in the living room only near the window. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Please keep the apartment appropriately ventilated.
• Please switch off lights and air conditioning/heating when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy and reduce unnecessary consumption.
