"Lucca Pisa and Surroundings Villa 1015", 7-room house 240 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV. Open lounge with open-hearth fireplace. Large dining room. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with curtain with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Wood heating. Beautiful distant view of the countryside and the ocean. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Rustic cottage "Belvedere", from the 17th century, renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Vecchiano, 9 km from the centre of Pisa, 20 km from the centre of Lucca, in an elevated position on a slope, 15 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 7 ha with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 5 m, 06.06.-19.09.). Pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 2 km long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, railway station "Pisa" 12 km, sandy beach "Marina di Vecchiano" 15 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km.

The house has a stunning location and a great pool. i would say that there is only one bathroom as the second one is not up to standard. Great kitchen – lots of space for everyone, big table outside the house. Not private enough for my taste – the owner is there all the time. The place is a great starting point for biking. There is plenty of shops in Vecchiano, great pizzeria and Gelateria. Overall we have had a great time. Traveller tips: Luca is definitely worth seeing. There is a nice sandy beach marina di Vecchiano . Viarregio is not worth visiting as this is one of this holiday plastic towns.

The house has a stunning location and a great pool. i would say that there is only one bathroom as the second one is not up to standard. Great kitchen – lots of space for everyone, big table outside the house. Not private enough for my taste – the owner is there all the time. The place is a great starting point for biking. There is plenty of shops in Vecchiano, great pizzeria and Gelateria. Overall we have had a great time. Traveller tips: Luca is definitely worth seeing. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
