     This vacation townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private splash pool, and access to amazing resort amenities.
     The living room is very stylish and has two comfortable leather sofas, direct access to the pool area, and a large flat screen TV—perfect for watching your favorite movies on after a long day out at the parks. The kitchen is galley-style and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that would need to put together your favorite meals. When the food is ready, you can eat at either the breakfast bar, which will seat up to 4 people, or at the dining table, which will seat up to 6 people.
     If you want to cool off after a long day out in the Florida heat, head through the glass patio doors in the living room, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a refreshing splash pool for you to enjoy. If you want to work on your tan, there are a couple of sunbeds, too. Alternatively, if you want to enjoy the Florida temperature, but out of the sun, there’s a lanai with some patio furniture underneath it.
     There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV.

Additional restaurants and retail stores are currently underway to complement the existing shopping center.
Champions Gate Downtown now offering a nice mix of restaurants to choose from. Great places to grab Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Now open for business: CG Salon, Envy Nails, woof gang bakery and grooming, Tijuana Flats, Menchie’s, and Jersey Mike’s. Blue Coast and Osteria. Opening Soon are Huey Magoos Chicken Tenders, Great Clips and Little Greek Restaurant.
