"Incoronata", 6-room villa 400 m2, on the ground floor. Partly renovated in 2019, very stylish and cosy furnishings: open entrance hall with TV (flat screen), DVD. Large living/dining room. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed, shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Kitchen 12 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath. Air-conditioning. Patio, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 6'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool with privacy (6 x 14 m, depth 90 - 270 cm, 25.04.-15.10.). Paddling pool, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. House maid on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Bread roll service, beverage service, newspaper delivery and breakfast on request (extra). Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). Parking at the house. Incoronata is a very attractive villa. We felt spoilt by the amazing mature garden, large and fun swimming pool with comfortable garden furniture. The rooms were large, kitchen fully equipped and the owners even welcomed us with fresh fruits and wine. Their generosity during our stay was so refreshing. The beaches are not as close as expected so car is a necessity but within 20-25 minutes drive we were rewarded by some of the cleanest waters. Town of Lecce is a gem, so much beauty and history.

Der Besitzer ist super Nett und Lieb. Er kümmert sich wirklich täglich um alles und ist in der Not innerhalb von 15 min vor Ort. Vielen Dank nochmals an die ganze Familie. Wir können diese Villa echt nur empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed in the villa from 7 to 18 July 2020. The pictures are beautiful but do not reflect how beautiful it really is. It's just a dream. The owner is very nice and lovely. “Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
