Finca Herrera is a beautifully situated property within a site of over 1 hectare between Santanyí and Cala Figuera. From the house, you have a fantastic view over the sea to the island of Caprera, Cala Figuera, the Mondragó nature reserve and all the way to the mountains around the monastery of Sant Salvador. The Finca is about 900 metres from the sea (as the crow flies).

From the Finca, you can reach the beautiful coves and beaches of the southeast coast in a few minutes by bike, Santanyí and Cala Figuera can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Fully refurbished in 2018, the two-story Finca has been divided into two apartments, each boasting a kitchen and living room. In total, there are four bedrooms, with two bedrooms situated in each apartment. The property features multiple distinct terraces, some of which are covered, and the standout is the expansive rooftop terrace.
