6-room villa 150 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and air conditioning. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. In the case of bookings of 7 people, the annex is not available to guests.

Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, sandy beach "Castellammare del Golfo" 10 km, rocky beach "Scopello" 150 m. Nearby attractions: Segesta Parco Archeologico 29 km, Trapani/Aliscafi per Isole Egadi 35 km, Erice 35 km, San Vito lo Capo 42 km, Marsala /Saline 58 km, Palermo 70 km. Please note: car recommended.

Scopello is a wonderful place to visit, the villa is a short drive from the village of Scopello. The house is quirky and when we visited need some love and attention but was fine and comfortable for four adults and two children. The private swimming spot / beach access sounds great but is quite tricky. There are amazing beaches and places to swim within easy reach of the house and the pool at the villa is really nice.

Scopello is a wonderful place to visit, the villa is a short drive from the village of Scopello. The house is quirky and when we visited need some love and attention but was fine and comfortable for four adults and two children. The private swimming spot / beach access sounds great but is quite tricky. There are amazing beaches and places to swim within easy reach of the house and the pool at the villa is really nice.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
