     This fabulous 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool room sleeps up to 10 people. The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, the third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms all have queen beds, which are perfect for all members of the family. This place is great for a very large family or two families traveling together with kids. The kitchen is very swish. It has updated white cabinetry, large countertops, stainless steel appliances and a klarge double door fridge, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. If you need more than 4 seats, there’s a modern, classy formal dining room suite with 6 seats.

     This is the perfect place for everyone to come together and enjoy a meal. There are two living room areas. Jus at the entrtance, there is a living area that has a confortable sofa, a large TV, and pair of glass patio doors that lead to the pool area. Next to the kitchen, the other main living area is big and has 2 tan sofas, an overstuffed armchair, and a large flat screen TV with a glass patio door that allows sunlight and access to the large pool area . Having two living areas is great because now there will be less fighting over the TV remote since there are two TV’s in two separate living areas. Head outside to the screened-in pool area, and you’ll find a large pool to swim in, sun loungers to sunbathe on, and a patio table and chairs to relax on with your favorite ice-cold beverage. There are also views of the golf course from the pool area. If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table and hours of fun to be had. Did we mention there is Wi-Fi in this house?

     Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
