The home has three stories with private backyard, saltwater pool, grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Let's go through each room and amenity in detail.

FIRST LEVEL
Make a grand entrance through the custom front door and find yourself looking into a bright, white, modern, and fully decked out Miami-style interior. The crystal chandelier floats down through the center of the dramatic black, white, and natural oak staircase and invites your eyes upwards. Towards the right is the first floor living room. The open concept main floor space flows from living room to dining area, kitchen, and the backyard.

MAIN LIVING ROOM
The first floor living room sits around a large screen smart TV and gas fireplace and is easily accessible from the kitchen. The white leather-style couch seats 4-6 with a smaller couch nearby for another 2-3 guests.

DINING ROOM
The glass dining room table seats 6. With the nearby kitchen island seating, you can enjoy meals for larger groups.

KITCHEN
With marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, this is the perfect entertainer's kitchen. Fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, sharp knives, kitchen shears, toaster, blender, and food processor. Also includes pool and hot tub-friendly acrylic glasses for safe outdoor fun. Ice maker on fridge. The 13-foot island also has its own TV.

TWIN BUNK ROOM
The main floor has a bunk room with two twin beds. Perfect for naps, the kids, or single friends.

OUTSIDE
You'll find the back patio, outdoor kitchen, pool, and hot tub. The patio is adorned with a large outdoor couch and propane fire pit. Patio lights shine overhead. Built-in gas grill surrounded by chaise loungers. Set the hot tub to your preferred temperature and swim in the lovely pool. Pool can be heated upon request.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor is a game room. You'll also find a second living room here – a perfect space for kids, a late night treat, or a mid-day getaway.

BILLIARDS LOUNGE
Enjoy a game of billiards. Turn off the overhead lights and switch on the blacklight starry night feature. While you wait for your turn, practice your putting on the green.

BAR
Full size fridge and freezer for convenience. Includes cocktail making set, glasses, and ice maker.

LARGE COUCH
Stretch out on the massive 12-foot couch for movie night. The blackout curtains bring a theater feel.

FULL BATHROOM
The downstairs bathroom is ALL BLACK. Features a rainfall shower head, tiger decor, and complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

QUEEN SIZE BEDROOM
Located downstairs with bathroom adjacent. Queen size bed, soft linens, USB charging lamps, and a TV for in-bed viewing.

UPSTAIRS - THIRD FLOOR
Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an on-site washer and dryer. Laundry is welcome during your stay.

PRIMARY SUITE
The spacious primary suite overlooks the backyard with pool, hot tub, and patio. You can even catch a view of uptown Charlotte. King bed with dramatic frame, hardwood floors, plush rug, blackout shade, overhead fan, and a giant smart TV mounted for perfect viewing.

ENSUITE SPA
The ensuite spa is larger than some bedrooms. Includes a walk-in LED rainfall shower, large soaking tub, his and hers sinks, and well-lit vanity mirror. The walk-in closet has dedicated drawers, even one for watches.

SECOND KING BEDROOM
Located at the end of the hall. King bed, blinds, overhead fan, dresser, TV, and dramatic art deco print with Edison lighting.

BUNK ROOM
Upstairs bunk room with two twin beds, TV, blinds, and clothing closet.

Guest access
The entire house is yours. Every amenity has been carefully selected for both travel and lifestyle comfort. Outdoor space must be used responsibly. The home is in a residential neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor.

Other things to note

PETS
Pets allowed with $150 per pet fee, pre-approval, and signed policy. Unauthorized pets result in a $250 charge.

PARKING
Driveway fits up to 4 cars. Street parking is limited. Reach out if you plan to bring more than 4. Too many cars = neighborhood disturbance, which is prohibited.

NO PARTIES AND NO EVENTS
Strict policy. All guests must be registered. No unapproved guests. Violating this rule will result in a $500 charge and immediate cancellation.

NO COMMERCIAL FILMING
This is not a filming location. No music videos, no commercials, no content production of any kind.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
No parties, unauthorized gatherings, or events. Violations result in $500 charge and cancellation without refund.

QUIET HOURS
Strictly enforced from 10pm to 8am.

BACKYARD CAMERA AND NOISE MONITORING
Exterior motion cameras are installed for liability purposes. Not actively monitored. If there's a community disturbance, footage will be reviewed. Any violations of house rules will be fined.

POOL AND HOT TUB
Heated pool and hot tub available. Heat can only run to one at a time. In extreme cold, the system may disable itself for freeze protection.
