Exit to the garden. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC, TV and flat screen. 1 large double bedroom with TV and flat screen. Large kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage bath. Upper floor: open living room with sloping ceilings. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Beautiful, comfortable villa "Umbria Villa 1010", 350 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Massa Martana, 17 km from the centre of Todi, in a sunny position. Private: park 2 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, 01.05.-30.09.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Bevagna 24 km, Spello 30 km, Spoleto 34 km, Assisi 40 km, Perugia 50 km, Orvieto 52 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Residence with electric gates. The house has CCTV cameras. Next the pool there is a wooden annex with shower / wc, external loggia and a room that can be used as a playroom for children.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful country estate. The house is super roomy, the pool gigantic, and the views are epic. It's private and secluded, and was just perfect for our multi-generational family get-together. A big plus is the host, who was professional to work with, responsive with questions small or large, and provided great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or shops. We'd love to come back again.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, fun, and a magical base for their Disney adventure!”
