Kitchen (oven, dishwasher) with dining table. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. 3 double bedrooms. Kitchenette (oven) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Garden. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house.

Typical Tuscan stone country house, recently restored taking the original construction form into consideration. Situated amidst the Tuscan Chianti hills. Well-maintained and pretty interior. Private outdoor areas with seating. View of the medieval town of Lucignano (2 km, with all amenities). Pond for sport-fishing, 500 m. The house comprises 3 apartments all with kitchen. They are not connected but are rented together. Very old farmhouse "Arezzo Villa 1018", surrounded by trees and meadows. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, 08.05.-25.09. and 07.05.-24.09.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Monte San Savino" 4 km, thermal baths 15 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km.

We loved our stay at Tenuta Farneta. The villa is very traditional and rustic but perfect for our needs. The grounds and swimming pool area were beautiful! We spent all our time outside. BBQ facilities great and nice to have separate living areas being a large family. Beautiful quiet location. Lovely Lucignano town close by for amenities. Recommend day trip to Cortona and Siena. We would definitely recommend and like to return!

We loved our stay at Tenuta Farneta. The villa is very traditional and rustic but perfect for our needs. The grounds and swimming pool area were beautiful! We spent all our time outside. BBQ facilities great and nice to have separate living areas being a large family. Beautiful quiet location. Lovely Lucignano town close by for amenities. Recommend day trip to Cortona and Siena. We would definitely recommend and like to return!

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
