Bath/bidet/WC. Garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). The bathroom on the second floor has a hydromassage bath.

Florence Villa 1059 is situated in the Pistoia hills approx. 400 m above sea level. Ideal for those who enjoy relaxing holidays, far from the city, the villa is situated in a lovely position, ideal for spending time on the Versilia beaches (approx. 65 km) as well as for visiting the art cities which are part of Tuscany's history: Lucca (approx. 50 km), Pisa (approx. 75 km), Siena (approx. 110 km). Guests can use the synthetic grass tennis courtwhich can also be used as a football pitch. Fitness equipment. Villa "Florence Villa 1059", detached, renovated in 1997. 10 km from the centre of Pistoia, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, 70 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 70 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 15'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 cm, 14.05.-24.09.). Tennis (1 x hard court), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, heating to be paid on the spot (01.11.-15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Room cleaning weekly (included). Airport transfer (extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, sandy beach "Viareggio - Forte dei Marmi" 70 km, thermal baths "Montecatini Terme" 25 km. Golf course 25 km.

Amazing and interesting house and gardens in a secluded hilltop location. Swimming pool, tennis and snooker table gave so much opportunity for relaxing and enjoyment, and baking in the pizza oven was a big high for the family. Pictures are very accurate of the facility. While lots of bathrooms, the facilities could have been more modern to accommodate needs

We stayed in the ville in July 2019 with three couples including 3 children. The villa was very complete, clean and spacefull. XXX and XXX were good hosts. They are always available, but are very discrete. They live in the villa themselves in winter. The only remark we could make is that you need a 25 min drive to Pistoia, the nearest city and access to highways to main Tuscan highlights, which is more than expected. If you are not planning to make day trips each day,it is not an issue

What an amazing place. Peace and tranquility after days out to nearby Pisa / Lucca / Florence and other local beauty spots. Not so keen on the noisy cicadas - but hey, that's part of the Italian life. Stefano and Veroniqa are great hosts, making the whole experience the kinda holiday we will treasure for a long, long time. (they asked us to come back for a bit longer next time).

Amazing and interesting house and gardens in a secluded hilltop location. Swimming pool, tennis and snooker table gave so much opportunity for relaxing and enjoyment, and baking in the pizza oven was a big high for the family. Pictures are very accurate of the facility. While lots of bathrooms, the facilities could have been more modern to accommodate needs

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
