Dining room with dining table. Lounge with open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen 18 m2 (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.04. to 15.10. 2nd upper floor: small living room, ceiling height 140 - 218 cm. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 140 - 218 cm with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 140 - 218 cm with 2 beds. Garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

This villa was built around 1850 by a baron of the Perugia aristocracy, relative of the Pope Pio IX. The villa has been recently renovated with absolute care for the original frescos and period furniture. The property is closeby the main road of the village. Florence and Rome 150 km, Todi 30 Km. Spoleto 40 km. Perugia airport 15 km. Villa "Umbria Villa 1003", built in 1870. In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Bettona, 18 km from the centre of Perugia, in a sunny position, on a main road. Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 145 cm, 25.05.-30.09.). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Available: bicycles (4) (extra). Parking on the premises. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km. Riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Assisi 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
