The Space
Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, the villa features seven spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every member of your group.
The bright and welcoming living areas offer plenty of space to gather, while the indoor patio adds a peaceful touch to the home's elegant design. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining areas make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together, whether it's a casual breakfast or a special family dinner.
Step outside into your own private oasis, where beautifully landscaped gardens surround a large swimming pool that can be heated during the cooler months (available for an additional fee). - Pool heating is available from October through March for an additional charge of €350 per week, payable upon arrival. Advance notice is required before check-in. Maximum pool temperature: 26°C.
- Air conditioning is available on the main floor and in the four main bedrooms.
- A complimentary baby cot and high chair are available upon request for children under 2 years old.
- Long-stay discounts may be available for extended bookings.

- No parties or events are permitted.
- Quiet hours are strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Smoking shishas (hookahs) is strictly prohibited.
- Only registered guests may access the property.
- As the villa is located within a residential area, guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbors by avoiding excessive noise.

We were a group of 11 people and loved our time at villa Delfin. Host was very friendly and responsive. Location is great, house and garden are huge and we loved the privacy the villa afforded us.

The house is beautiful and ample, however, I have it a 3 for the following reasons:
- the jacuzzi didn’t work
- the Pool tiles kept coming off and it is a hazardous
- the barbecue stopped working. I called Manuel to help a second time and he was unavailable
- the AC in 2 of the rooms were not very cold
Other than this, the house was exceptional. I give it a 3 because for the amount of money that we paid, these issues shouldn’t be happening.
